This Privacy Policy is a translation provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and the original Spanish version (“Política de Privacidad”), the Spanish version shall prevail, as it is the version governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At showtimebarcelona.com we process the information you provide us for the following purposes:

  • To manage quote requests and bookings for event services (DJs, live music, catering, entertainment, bouncy castles and other services offered).
  • To manage the contractual relationship that may be established with you.
  • To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • To send you commercial information about our services, only where you have given your express consent.

No profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are made using the data you provide.


How long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary to properly provide the requested service, as well as to address any liabilities that may arise from it and any applicable legal obligation (for example, tax-related retention periods of 4 to 6 years under Spanish law). Once these periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted or anonymised.


What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • The performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship (management of quotes and bookings), pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Your consent, for sending commercial communications, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • The legitimate interest of the controller in responding to enquiries, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The data requested is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary. You are not obliged to provide it, although failure to do so may prevent us from providing the requested service.


Who will receive your data?

Rudolf Viszokay will not disclose your data to third parties, except:

  • Where required by law.
  • To service providers acting as data processors (for example, web hosting, email or booking management tools), with whom the corresponding data processing agreement has been signed in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

International transfers: where technology providers located outside the European Economic Area are used (for example, Google, Meta, or other analytics or marketing tools), such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision), in accordance with Articles 45 and 46 GDPR.


What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

  • Request the restriction of its processing.

  • Request the portability of their data.
