- We answer. Send us the date and the venue and you get a real number back today, not a form response and a call next week.
- Everything is in the price. Transport, setup, an attendant, unlimited prints, your own print design, and the digital gallery afterwards. If a quote you are comparing looks cheaper, check whether the prints are capped and whether travel is extra. That is usually where the difference lives.
- We handle your venue. Most of our clients are booking from another country and will see the place once before the day. We ask for the floor plan, sort the load-in, check the power. You approve a design by email and then you can stop thinking about it.
- We work in English, Spanish and Catalan, and we have been doing this in Barcelona long enough to know which venues have a service lift you need to book a fortnight ahead.
Four formats of photo booths and how to pick one
Not every event has the same style. And that shows in the choice of photo booth.
Some clients prioritize aesthetics. Others look for something modern. Others want something visually striking.
That’s why we work with different formats, each with its own personality.
Vintage photo booth hire
Wood, warm light, the silhouette you picture when someone says photo booth. Guests photograph this one even when they are not using it.</p> <p>It suits weddings where somebody has clearly thought about the styling, and it sits properly in a masía outside the city in a way the others do not. The outside is period. The camera and printer inside are current, which is why it holds up for six hours without the print quality drifting.
Modern photo booth
Neutral, clean, gets out of the way. Most corporate clients land here, partly because a plain surface is easy to brand and partly because hotel event spaces already have plenty going on visually.</p> <p>Nobody has ever called this booth beautiful. It is not meant to be. It is meant to work in a room you did not choose.
Magic mirror
Full-length screen, so guests watch themselves as they pose. Sounds like a gimmick and is one, but it changes the behaviour: people try a pose, see it, fix it, laugh, go again. They stay longer. They sign the print on the touchscreen with a finger before it comes out.</p> <p>If you want the booth to be an attraction rather than a station, this is it.
360 photo booth
Not really a photo booth. Guests stand on a platform, an arm swings around them, and what comes out is a short slow-motion clip built to be posted.</p> <p>Product launches and brand activations book this almost by default now. Be clear on what you are buying though: nothing gets printed, so nobody takes anything home. Several corporate clients hire both, prints for the guests and 360 clips for the marketing team, and if the budget stretches that is the right call.
What the rental includes
- All of this is in the price. Worth saying, because it is not the standard around here, and comparing quotes from another country is genuinely hard.
- Transport, setup and takedown. We arrive early enough to be finished before your guests ever see us, and we coordinate directly with the venue and whoever else is loading in at the same time.
- Unlimited prints for the whole hire. This one detail changes everything, and it is where cheap quotes hide the catch. Cap the prints and guests start rationing. They calculate. One person goes per table. Nobody comes back for a second round with a different group of friends, which was the entire point of having it.
- Someone from our crew stays with the booth throughout. Not because it breaks, but because guests need permission. Plenty of people will hover near a photo booth for twenty minutes without touching it until somebody says “go on, get in.”
- A print template designed for your event, with your names or your logo on it. You approve a proof by email beforehand.
- A box of props we swap around during the night, and a full-resolution online gallery a few days later, so you end up with everything and not just the strips people carried home.
- Travel inside the metropolitan area is inside the number we quote. Further out, we tell you the cost before you book rather than after.
What it costs to rent a photo booth in Barcelona
It depends on how long, which format, and how much customisation. We do not publish one number, because a two-hour hire at a forty-person dinner and a five-hour hire at a two-hundred-guest wedding are not the same job and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
What you get is a fixed written quote with everything inside it. Transport, setup, the crew, unlimited prints, template design, gallery. Nothing added afterwards. If you are collecting quotes, compare what is inside them rather than the headline. The cheapest number in this city is almost always the one where prints are capped, nobody stays with the booth, and travel is billed on top.

Questions we get
- How early should we book?
Saturdays from May to October, three to six months out. Those dates genuinely do go first. Weekdays and winter are usually fine with a few weeks.
- Do you speak English?
Yes, throughout. Quote, proofs, the crew on the night.
- Do we get the digital files?
Yes, full resolution, in an online gallery your guests can download from.
- Can it be branded?
Template, screen and backdrop. Send your assets and we will send back a proof.Is this the same as the analogue photo booths in Barcelona bars? No. Those are fixed machines you visit. We bring a booth to your venue for the evening.
- Do you do anything else?
DJs, saxophone, violin, karaoke, catering, and full event organisation. One supplier instead of five.
Photo booth rental for corporate events
Different brief entirely. Here the booth does two jobs: it produces branded content, and it gets people from the Munich office talking to people from the Barcelona office. We build the template around your brand guidelines, and the backdrop can be branded too. At trade fairs, a booth on the stand gives visitors a reason to stop walking, which is most of the battle. If you need the email addresses, we can build capture into the flow. Guests enter an address to receive their digital copy, consent gets recorded properly, and you get a clean list afterwards. Our crew work in English, Spanish and Catalan, which stops mattering right up until the moment it very much does. Most corporate events hires are annual company dinners, team building days, family days and end-of-year parties.
Wedding photo booth hire
Barcelona is a destination wedding city, which means half our couples will see their venue exactly once before the day. That changes what you need from a supplier. You need someone doing the dull logistical part locally, without a chain of emails asking you to confirm things you have no way of knowing from London or Dublin. So we ask the venue for the floor plan ourselves. We check the power, the access route, the load-in window, whether there is a step. You approve a template design and then you can forget about us until the day. Two things we will push you on, because they matter more than which format you pick. Where it goes.
The booth needs to be in the room where the party is, in sight of the bar. Not in the adjoining lounge, not down a corridor. If a guest has to make a conscious decision to walk somewhere, most will not. When it opens. The strongest window is after dinner and before the dance floor properly fills, roughly an hour of dead time a booth fills perfectly. Open during the aperitif and it competes with people saying hello to each other. One thing worth adding: a signing album. Guests keep one copy and glue the second into a book with a note beside it. Couples tell us afterwards this is the thing they actually reread, more than the photographer’s album. It costs very little. Works well alongside our wedding DJ and saxophonist if you would rather book the whole evening in one go.
Where we deliver
Barcelona city and the region around it: Castelldefels, Gavà, Sitges, Sant Cugat, Hospitalet, Badalona, Sabadell, Terrassa, Mataró, out through the Maresme and the Penedès wine country, and up to Girona. Space needed is small. Around two metres by two, plus a normal socket somewhere nearby. If the room is narrow or there is a column in an awkward place, send a photo and we will tell you where it goes. Outdoors is fine with conditions. We need shade, stable power and a plan if the weather turns. Direct August sun ruins the exposure and the printer does not enjoy the heat either, so we will want to talk through the specific spot first rather than find out on the day.
